Refund Policy
Life happens. This policy explains refunds, rescheduling, and no-show rules for appointments and any pre-paid services. Sessions are client-led and results depend on your effort; no outcomes are guaranteed.

Scope
This policy applies to:
Individual hypnotherapy sessions (in person)
Any pre-paid sessions or multi-session packages
Gift certificates or credits
Group events/workshops if offered
Definitions
Appointment time: the start time confirmed in your email/text.
Notice received: when your cancellation/reschedule request reaches us by email, text, voicemail, or the portal.
Business day: Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Cancellations & refunds (individual sessions)
48+ hours’ notice: No fee. If you pre-paid, you may keep a credit or request a full refund.
24–48 hours’ notice: A 50% late-cancel fee may apply. If pre-paid, we refund 50% or keep a 50% credit at your request.
Less than 24 hours / same day: No refund; the full session fee is due/retained.
No-show (10+ minutes without contact): No refund; the full session fee is due/retained.

Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed with 24+ hours’ notice within 60 days of the original date (subject to availability).
Additional changes or short-notice moves may incur the applicable late-cancel fee.
Late arrival
Sessions end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, we may treat it as a late cancellation at our discretion
Pre-paid packages & credits
Unused packages (no sessions used): refundable within 14 days of purchase.
Partially used packages: the unused portion is refundable at the standard single-session rate (any package discount is reversed).
Expiration: unless stated otherwise, packages/credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Administrative considerations: payment-processor fees retained by the processor may be non-refundable.
Gift certificates
Non-refundable, but transferable one time to another person with written notice.
Valid for 12 months from purchase (or longer where required by law).
Not redeemable for cash except where mandated by law.
Group events & workshops (if offered)
72+ hours’ notice: full refund or credit.
24–72 hours: 50% refund or 50% credit.
Less than 24 hours / no-show: no refund (credit not available unless we replace your seat).
Our cancellations & force majeure
If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, power outage), you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund for any amount paid for the affected appointment.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the credit.
We cannot accelerate your bank/processor timelines.

Hypnotherapy is a complementary, educational service. It does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions and is not medical advice. You remain aware and in control. Outcomes depend on your choices and practice between sessions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in services or law. The “Last Updated” date above will change, and material updates may be highlighted on the site.
